Yes. Drake provides quarterly maintenance and a 10-Year Warranty. We replace any fixture, bulb, cut wire, or even the transformer at no additional cost for 10 years. Any maintenance needed between quarterly visits is also performed at no charge.

What does the installation process include?
Our per-fixture pricing is fully inclusive. Each fixture installed includes the transformer installation, burying and connecting the wire, programming of the timer, and installation of all selected fixtures.
How often is maintenance performed and what does it include?
Maintenance is performed quarterly and covers inspection of all fixtures, visible wiring, bulbs, and the transformer. We also replace burnt-out bulbs, repair cut wires, check system function, and reprogram the timer as needed. Any issues that arise between quarterly visits are handled at no extra charge.
