Mgmt at Drake:
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees better to blow off fertilizer from the sidewalks. Fertilizer left on sidewalks can stain the concrete AND also washes right into the storm drains which is horrible for the waterways. I used to be a customer there with Drake and not blowing off the sidewalks was a big reason I decided to go with another company.

EDIT - A manager from Drake came by to make it right. A treatment was applied to the sidewalk area that had the stains and the manager was very professional. Adjusted this review to five stars for the professionalism on stopping by to make it right. Thank you!

Augustine went above and beyond treating our home for pests. He was friendly and sincerely cared about the state of our house. He even cleaned a spot under our stove when treating the area.

I have been using Drake Lawn Services for over 5 years, and they have ALWAYS worked with me to make my lawn the best-looking lawn in my cul-de-sac. Even my neighbors have complimented me on my awesome front lawn! I had a previous lawn company (Terminex) for almost 15 years and never received the individual service and attention I have been getting from Drake. They ALWAYS call back if I ever have a concern or need to discuss something with them.

For example, I just got off the phone with the Manager, Chris. I had some questions relative to my side lot and the fact some of the areas were not growing in as nicely as I expected. We discussed the shaded area (due to the big tree on this part of the property) as a potential issue and he gave me recommendations on watering as well as already scheduled additional treatments to assist in its renewal. I've had alkalinity issues in the past (which Drake remedied) and now I have a PH issue which they are working on. In fact, their employee (Fredo) has been another excellent source of information in helping me enhance the lawn. Last month, he came to do a fertilizer treatment, and we discussed clearing out the fallen leaves in this area, removing the thatch in places and adding play sand to get better results, which I completed over the last two weeks. He also took a soil sample at that time, which revealed the PH issue. He came out again Wednesday to complete another treatment (at no cost!) and Chris told me he plans to come out again in two weeks to survey the lawn and treat it again as necessary. I appreciate the way this company works with you to provide the best service possible.

I needed a sprinkler correction & Chance came by & adjusted it for no charge. He was very courteous & knowledgeable. I've always gotten good professional help from Drake.

My lawn technician Dylan does such a great job on my lawn. He is the upmost professional. Drake did an astonishingly fantastic job of saving my lawn. Mission impossible! I’ve referred 3 of my Neigbor’s and they’re all so glad they switched over to Drake! They know what they’re doing!

Technician was very thorough and willing to listen to all my concerns. He did a great job making sure my house and garage was swept free of debris and treated barrier around my house and inside as I had requested. He also put down ant granules on my ant beds on driveway.

Can't say enough about Drake Lawn & Pest Control and their technicians. We always get a notice telling us when they are coming, and we never have to bird dog them to get our services done. Yesterday, Maurice was here and did a thorough check on our irrigation, fixed any issues he found, and patiently answered our questions. Later, Joey was here to do our lawn care. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions as well. Can tell you that our lawn is one of the best looking in the neighborhood!
