I took apart the backflow system, put it back together, and it no longer leaks. There was no pipe in there.
I am replying to your response. There was never a pipe in the backflow. I unscrewed two things rinse them. Let it flow for a minute put them back in and had no problem. I spoke with Christian on 5/1/26. He said he checked all of the sprinkler heads and they were all working fine. Nothing really changed. I had someone else just come out today. Check the sprinklers. They were buried underground, and the water was barely trickling out of most if not all of them. Called him again and the response was we’ve already done our job.
Now, I can honestly say I have one of the most immaculate lawns on the block. The transformation has been incredible.
What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Every time I’ve needed something or have a question, they’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Because of that, we ended up trusting them not just with our lawn care, but also with pest control, and even recently, a full irrigation revamp and new sprinkler system in my backyard to take care of my zoysia lawn.
A special shoutout to John, who has been an amazing sales rep from day one. He truly puts my family’s needs first and is always available whenever I need him. That level of care goes a long way. Also, big shout out to Jr. for the excellent irrigation work on our backyard. It desperately needed it going into the summer, and he absolutely delivered.
